Strength in Motion designs custom packages to suit each athlete based on their schedule, priorities and budget. Below are some examples of packaging and pricing to give you a sense of our structured approach. 

 

Ready to be a force of movement or have questions about personal training options? 

ASSESMENT + BASELINE | $350

Where we like to start all our athletes regardless of prior fitness experience, this signature three-part test is designed to establish critical baselines on strength and conditioning that will help you with quantifiable metrics to better understand where you are today and drive the direction for your training priorities.

 

Don’t worry, you’ll get seriously sweaty during these testing workouts too.  

 

Package includes:

  • One-hour consult with Coach Bernstein to outline priorities and goals

  • Three 1-hour personal training sessions to cover signature 3-part test

  • 30 days of sample programming

  • Report on baseline performance

  • Recommendations for next steps and training plan moving forward

MONTHLY MAINTENANCE

STARTING AT $150/MO OR $360 (20% DISCOUNT) FOR A 90-DAY COMMITMENT

For the athlete looking to hit a strength PR or master a skill, this package starts with 30-days of custom programming catered to help you reach your goal of choice. Package includes:

  • One weekly check-in via email or text on progress, priorities and mindset

  • One monthly report card to recap on progress and regroup on priorities moving forward

  • Discounted personal-training rate of $85/hour-session

ALL IN

$750 FOR 90-DAY COMMITMENT

Do you have an Olympic Lift you want to master or skill you’re dying to drill into before your next race or competition? This package is designed to go full send on one (or two) focus areas so you can make serious headway in a short amount of time. 

 

Package includes:

  • One 30-min consult with Coach Bernstein to outline priorities and goals

  • One weekly check-in via email or text on progress, priorities and mindset

  • Six 1-hour personal training sessions (2 per month) at Rhapsody CrossFit 

  • Monthly custom programming and supplementary workouts

  • Monthly report card to recap on progress and regroup on priorities moving forward
